Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.

Nuvea is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by:

  • Recipient being unavailable or unreachable

  • Parcel refusal by the recipient

If a resend is required due to address issues, customers are responsible for the reshipping cost.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Parcel confirmed lost in transit

  • No delivery updates for an extended period

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided

  • Recipient unavailable, unreachable, or parcel refused

  • Customer ordered the wrong size or is dissatisfied when the product has no defect

  • No issue reported within 10 days after delivery
